Enjoy this Festive Chocolate Cake Mug Course
A different take on a Christmas Cake!
You will be using an extra deep 4" cake to make a delightful alternative to the usual fruit Christmas Cake.
You will learn to:
- Level, fill and stack two 4" Chocolate cakes
You will also learn to:
- Crumb coat with ganache
- Cover with fondant
- Decorate as a mug of your own design using different Cutters
We will also give you our amazing Chocolate Cake recipe!
On the day will take home your boxed creation
All equipment and materials are supplied for you, Tea and Coffee are available too!
Our small classes will ensure you get the most out of the session. We show you the tricks of the trade and get up to practise what you are shown so you can go home with new found skills which you can use time and time again.
**Please bring an apron with you.
