I started making cakes when my eldest son was little because I wanted to make my children's birthday cakes. 

My interest grew and I completed my PME Masters Certificate in Sugarcraft. 

I was fortunate to get a job at Confection Perfection as the Shop Manager, where I could share my knowledge and learn from the customers as they produced new and beautiful cakes.

I can't wait to welcome you to The Unique Cake Company and help you with your cake projects.

My previous career was as a successful retail manager and national promotions manager for Staples UK. 

Throughout my career I have gained experience to understand a customers needs and to deliver outstanding service. I look forward to supplying innovative product ranges and courses, whilst being delivered at competitive prices with the help of our fabulously experienced team. 

I am also looking forward to welcoming everyone to The Unique Cake Company.
